  * rules:  Add python/engine/PinYin/py.db as a prerequisite of config-common,
    to make sure the Pinyin database exists at build time.  Otherwise the
    build will fail.
  * python-scim.install, scim-python-chinese.install:  Adjust install file
    lists for package python-scim and scim-python-chinese, according to the
    changes in version 0.1.10 RC1.
  * rules:  Use "NO_INDEX=true" for "make install" instead of "make", since
    upstream changed when building database index is done.
  * control:  Add myself as an uploader.
